Frontier Digital led the end-to-end technical integration, workflow design, and creative enablement of American Express’s virtual production facility. Leveraging Unreal Engine and InfinitySet, our team built photoreal 3D replicas of flagship locations like the London office and New York Tower Auditorium, and implemented 2.5D environment templates to accelerate future productions.
Working closely with their lighting design team, we unified real-time and practical lighting through bi-synchronous DMX control, creating seamless handoffs between physical and digital production. Beyond engineering, Frontier provided financial planning guidance to help Amex leverage tax incentives and optimize capitalization, rolled out new creative capabilities across the organization, and continues to maintain all systems — from tracking and chroma keying to Unreal Engine optimization.
